You know that video is actually a great representation of Eve's largest flaw. When a new player comes in from another MMO, this is exactly what they see. They quickly wonder what all the hype is about and can easily lose interest. Eve doesn't engage the majority of players out there right away. Players want to associate personally with their environment and Eve won't be able to do that until Ambulation comes out.
